I did do this and a few others years ago. Before my Dad past away, he scanned some old photos he found in a box at home, and sent me them via the internet while chatting to me, as I live overseas.
I would retouch a photo, and send it back to him as good as new.. Well not new, but good as possible for the time limit lol.
